Icetro by Taylor® ISI-203SN freestanding twin twist soft serve freezer delivers consistent, high-quality soft serve, frozen yogurt, and other frozen desserts in an easy-to-operate design. Serve two separate soft serve flavors or an equal combination of both in a twist. - Offers all the popular soft serve variations, from low-fat to non-fat ice creams or yogurt.
- Freezing Cylinder - One, 2.9 quart (2.7 liter)
- Mix Hopper - Two 10.1 quart (9.6 liter) separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains the mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes
- Indicator Lights - Mix Low and Mix Out indicators alert the operator to add more mix. An audible alarm can be activated to sound when the mix is running low. If the Mix Out indicator is illuminated, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage
- Electronic Controls - Microprocessor touch controls are integrated and monitors product quality. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder are displayed at any point during operation.
- Standby - During long no-use periods, the Standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder.
- Two Locking Casters – Front casters have a locking feature for operators to keep equipment in place. The lock can be released to move the equipment for cleaning.
