- Offers all the popular soft serve variations, from low-fat to non-fat ice creams or yogurt
- Freezing Cylinder - One, 3.4 quart (3.2 liter)
- Mix Hopper - One 18.5 quart (17.5 liter) separate hopper refrigeration (SHR) maintains the mix below 41ºF (5ºC) in Auto and Standby modes
- Heat Treatment System – Provides a daily heating and cooling cycle to safely maintain dairy products up to 28 days before a complete disassembly and cleaning is required
- Indicator Lights - Mix Low and Mix Out indicators alert the operator to add more mix. An audible alarm can be activated to sound when the mix is running low. If the Mix Out indicator is illuminated, the unit will automatically shut down to prevent damage
- Electronic Controls - Microprocessor touch controls are integrated. Temperatures in the hopper and freezing cylinder are displayed at any point during operation. The microprocessor maintains a creamy consistency without dispensing for up to two hours
- Standby - During long no-use periods, the Standby feature maintains safe product temperatures in the mix hopper and freezing cylinder
- Flavor Burst Compatible - Increase menu variety with less space using Flavor Burst add on equipment, sold separately
